Short-term grant for health professions education (HPE) research.

FY18 Results

We are delighted to announce the recipients of the FY18 NHG-HOMER Grant.

The primary goal of the NHG-HOMER grant is to assist and support researchers in developing and delivering health professions education research. Our awardees each year represent a diverse group of researchers with projects of high potential, who strive towards better educational and training outcomes for the healthcare professions.

This year we are awarding twelve grants (6 Category A, 6 Category B). They comprise projects from various institutions and different disciplines, including education research in psychiatry, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, nephrology, family medicine, internal medicine, palliative medicine and geriatric medicine.

We are grateful for the expertise and service rendered by our reviewers, who generously devoted their time and expertise to helping our applicants improve their proposals. Heartfelt thanks to our FY18 applicants for their passion and dedication, and we hope that the interest in health professions education research at NHG will continue to flourish in future years.

Congratulations to the NHG-HOMER Grant FY18 award recipients!
