About NHG SEED Programme Who can register for the NHG SEED programme? Any junior doctor (PGY1, MO, or junior residents) currently in any NHG institution and js interested in seeking a mentor to support their career development may register the programme.
How long is the mentoring programme? The mentorship can be a once-off career guidance session, or a longitudinal 6-month relationship. Who are the mentors in NHG SEED programme? We have brought together mentors from across various paths, ranging from near-peers to esteemed clinicians. You can choose your top 3 preferred mentors during the registration process. How will I be matched to a mentor? You will be matched to a mentor based on area of interest in clinical or non-clinical practice and mentor preferences. Mentors will be matched on a first-come, first-served basis. How often do I meet my mentor? The first meeting will be arranged after the matching of the mentor-mentee pair is confirmed. Subsequent meetups will be arranged by the mentor-mentee pair upon mutual agreement. About Career Pathways What are the different career tracks available, and how do they differ from each other?

What training programmes are available in NHG?
All medical students in Singapore are required to successfully complete one year of Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) training before embarking on postgraduate training.
