INTOUCH USER GUIDE

NHG Residents are now able to access the TTSH e-library resources through
NHG Intouch2.

Intouch 2 supports:

  • Windows XP SP2 : IE6 - IE9, FF5+
  • Windows 7: IE8 - IE9. FF5+
  • Mac OSX 10.5.x - 10.7.x with Safari 5.x.

Does not support:

  • Chrome and Opera are not supported by intouch2 nor ITD Helpdesk.

Requirement:

  •  Up to date Anti-Virus Definitions  

Please see below for the user guide for Intouch2. Upon log in, you will be able to view the “TTSH eLibrary” icon to access the e-journals and e-library resources.

Please take note of the following IT security guidelines (apply to all NHG residents/staff):

  1. Any NHG account will be deactivated if there is no user activity (i.e. no login attempt)
    for 3 months upon the last login. The user will have to contact
    ITD Helpdesk (1800-483-4357)     if his/her account has been deactivated.
  2. The AD password is required to be changed every 3 months, and the user will be able to change it via the Intouch2 portal itself (refer to page 15 of the Intouch2 guide). However, if the user has forgotten his/her current password, then he/she will need to contact
    ITD Helpdesk (1800-483-4357) to reset the password.

Learning, Evaluation, and Assessment Platform

​‘LEAP’ (Learning, Evaluation, and Assessment Platform), is a mobile application developed by NHG Graduate Medical Education (GME) office, that allows residents (junior doctors) to access training assessment tools such as evaluations, case and procedure logs, training progress; and also receive automated reminders for outstanding training matters at their convenience.
